Sync your files automatically by saving them directly in the Creative Cloud Files folder.
Choose either File > Save for a new file or File > Save as for an existing file.
Filenames that contain special characters such as |, ', ?, <, >, /, *, or : are not synced. Nor are files with reserved names, such as AUX or Com1. If you receive an error, rename the asset filename to sync it to Creative Cloud. For more information, see Error: 'Unable to sync assets.'

On the Synced files tab, select the Select files icon in the upper-right corner.
Select files from your computer that you want to upload and select Open.

To access the Creative Cloud files folder from the Creative Cloud desktop app, go to Your work tab and select the Your works link icon in the left sidebar. Then select Open sync folder.
